In January 1997, we installed the first of two five axis CNC routers for trimming of close tolerance parts. This machine proved to be invaluable so in November, 2000 we purchased a "sister" machine from the same manufacturer. CNC trim paths are the ticket for critical dimension trimming and odd trim shapes. These machines have a 60" X 120" bed and will accept a formed part up to 42" in height.

Large parts trimmed to CNC tolerances...you will not find that everywhere.

CNC equipment is driven by technology. Technology and NPI are synonymous. Our base engineering software is SURFCAM© and we have the ability to accept customer engineering information via Email or diskette.

Thermoforming of flat sheet plastic requires talented machine operators and quality equipment. To become the BEST custom thermoformer in the business, we have designed and constructed 6 of our 9 thermoforming machines.

Constructing our own machines with exactly the features we want has allowed us to distance ourselves from our competitors. It also allows us to produce what you want, when you want it. Virtually all of our equipment is microprocessor controlled for quality and repeatability.

We also utilize equipment from FARO© for manual engineering changes and profile layouts. Other CAD programming is available for conversion into our engineering system via custom programming written on a custom basis for NPI. These investments in technology have NPI positioned for even greater growth in the millennium.
